Return Policy for Damaged Items

1. Reporting a Damaged Item:
If your order arrives with a damaged image, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us assess the issue.

2. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping or production errors. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customised items with errors caused by incorrect customer provided details.

3. Resolution Options:
Once we verify the damage, you can choose from the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send a new item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not preferred, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases.

4. Return Shipping:
In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item. However, if a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Processing Time:
Refunds and replacements will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
